I have worked with Attorney Tecson since 2008. He has handled several immigration cases for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the law.

Please do not go to this lawyer. He is thoroughly unprofessional, he does not respond to email / phone calls and he charges unnecessary fee. I filed my work visa through him and got RFE he was not very sure to answer the RFE and blamed me for it. He did not contact me for 35 days although luckily USCIS gave me enough time to respond but he did not answer my emails or phone calls. He shouted at me and was very rude. Within few minutes he realized his mistake and called me but was very arrogant. My suggestion to my friends is DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this guy as your attorney. I am going to take legal action against him if you want to feel free to join me.

This lawyer is non recommendable. Very unprofessional and would even take advantage of your situation. I thought that because he is a Filipino he would help Filipinos also. But on the contrary he was even asking payments beyond what a topnotch lawyer are asking for. He would even hang up on you when he gets irritated and unable to answer you questions..
