Let me start out by saying that divorce is not an easy thing to go through and finding the person to represent you can be even more frustrating. You will find a lot of lawyers that claim to be the top lawyer or most qualified lawyer but in my experience most are here to milk you dry. Emotions are high between you and your segnificant other and throughout the process you will come to realize the person you spent your life with is out to harm you financially and emotionally. I made the mistake of going with one of those pricy lawyers with all the accolades to come to realize that he did not have the best interest for me and ended up billing me over $20000 in 6 months for just a custody battle. I came to my senses and changed lawyers to Mr. Mays and within a couple months both him and the other lawyer came to a compromise that was in the best interest of both parties. Chris Mays is a great guy with a lot of knowledge in his field but will not string you along for the money ride that most lawyers tend to do. He keeps the end goal in sight because he understands that the most important thing is compromise and quick resolve. Do not make the mistake that I made because of emotions because in the end the law is the law and it is pretty cut and dry. Thank you Mr. Mays for your genuine help and you are truly a great lawyer.
