Very knowledgeable and helpful

irina is a great a what she does! not to mention really nice. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer.

Its unfortunate that I have dealt with quite a few lawyers in last few years but Irina surpasses them all. She does her Due Diligence and leaves no stone unturn. She personally attends to all her cases and goes above and beyond the call of job. She has a very impeccable presence in the court room. She will not lie and has always been honest to me with my case and result was just as I desired. Thank you IRINA, you are the best!!!!

Here is my experience with Irina Vinogradsky: I found Irina online to hire her for my H1B RFE response. We scheduled a time to make the payment & sign the engagement letter at her office. However, while at her office, there was no engagement letter prepared by her. We were running out of time to respond to this RFE and we did trust her to represent my case professionally and paid her the full amount. For RFE, it is necessary to provide expert and education evaluation reports. However, i was the one reaching out to her trying to find a company to evaluate my degree and occupation. However, between October 10 to November 2, only question she did ask me regarding my case was about the organizational chart of my company. My employer got impatient and considered withdrawing the application. Of course, i did ask for a refund. She said she put many hours on my case, and she could refund less than half of what I paid. I agreed, but I wanted to see the draft she worked on. Unfortunately she told me that she was not sure how this draft document would be in use, so she rejected to mail the document. After many attempts, she did mail me the draft documentation. On the document, my salary was shown less than what my company offered me. Also she put on the document that my company needed an H1B worker to support company's operations in China and Vietnam. I mean my company's marketing tagline is 'Proudly manufactured in USA'. My company does NOT operate in China or Vietnam. Plus my salary is way above than what she put on the paperwork! Long story short, I am extremely disappointed. I do not recommend her.

Irina was very patient and very informative every step of the way through this grueling process. Would highly recommend her to anyone going through immigration issues. Also wanted to thank her assistant.

Irina is by far the best immigration attorney I have had. My wife and I filed for my green card, and she seamlessly took care of everything from the beginning till the very end when I got my permanent residency!
