I was very nervous about my traffic violation case. It was initially charged as a misdemeanor and I was required to appear in court. Prior to this I have never been in Court. I was served/summoned on a Saturday to appear in court on Monday (less than 48 hours) upon discovering that my wife was seeking sole custody of my two children (2 and 5 years of age). Tawnya Yetter knows my family well. I first met Ms. Yetter when I was going through a nasty divorce about 4 years ago.
