Good Afternoon, My name is Timothy Hoke, I was in a car accident on the day of Aug, 2, 2019. The time frame was in between 2-3pm as I was heading back home to Chesterfield Virginia form Delaware City, While I was on my trip home heading south bound on 95 I was struck in the back side of my trailer witch caused the 10,000 pound ice machine to shift and Jared my trailer into my truck. Spencer Reiss of NovaLegalGroup provided fantastic representation in a very concerning situation for me. I was facing over a year in jail for a felony eluding and DWI, 2nd with a BAC > 0.20. Mr. Reiss was able to reduce the charges, but more impressively, was able to console me on what I had to proactively do to get the charges reduced: community service, character reference letters, and state mandated driving and substance abuse courses.
