I had some questions regarding a installation and service contract for a company and called Mr. Cerroni. Just got off the phone with Mr.Joseph.. absolutely amazing!! I've called about 30 lawyers and all have tried to blow me off and tell me to find someone else. I called Joseph and he was amazing! He spent the time on the phone with me and discussed my case and guided me in the right direction. He didn't tell me I only had a few minutes and then I'd have to pay like other lawyers. He took the time and listened to me. He gave me multiple options, very detailed and even offered that I can call back with any further questions. I have a tenant that stopped paying rent. The property management company was dragging its feet. I consulted with Mr. Cerroni, who pointed out a few things out of order (steps the management company didn't do) that would prevent me from getting a positive outcome if the case proceeded to court. Mr. Cerroni was helpful, and quick to respond. I assume I'll need a settlement lawyer again (same tenant) in the near future. If I do, I will definitely work with Mr. Cerroni again.
