Extremely impressed as I cold called Joe to ask for his service. He took the time to advise me, offered to review a letter I have written to my tenant about a lease violation. Although I offered to pay him and asked if he would take in my small case, Joe did not charge me a penny. He could have took advantage of the situation as I am oversea on a long assignment and needed help with my rented house. He was hands down helpful and offered me the proper way to resolve my issue. And to the other reviewer who claimed Joe might be racist. Let me tell you, I have a clear immigrant name and I speak with an accent, yet Joe not only took my call, but even when I was disconnected, he called me back. With all honesty, he is AWESOME. I definitely plan on using his service in the future. Thank you Sir for your help.

Joseph answered my call and sounded knowledable but never showed up to the early Saturday appointment we scheduled together. I left a few calls but never got a call back, I would suggest going somewhere else unfortunately. This was a complete waste of time.

I am highly satisfied with my experience with Joseph Cerroni. I moved to Virginia from New York, and after a few days of being in my apartment, I found a pest issue. After numerous phone calls to law offices, I found Joseph Cerroni, and he was super responsive and helpful during the whole process. He communicated regularly with me and my family during the court process. He also handled all communication with the property management. Eventually, I was able to be taken off the lease and received all money back due to his hard work and dedication. I would recommend Joseph Cerroni to anyone looking for a lawyer that is communicative, confident in his work, and pays attention to detail.

Im not sure if this lawyer is a racist, but he took my phone call no problem, and offered his services, then when he saw me in person ducked all my calls and meetings afterward. Told me he was too busy to assist ( what lawyer who you are willing to pay says they are too busy). this trash lawyer is despicable to say the least. Im glad I didn't end up needing his services.
