Extremely impressed as I cold called Joe to ask for his service. He took the time to advise me, offered to review a letter I have written to my tenant about a lease violation. Although I offered to pay him and asked if he would take in my small case, Joe did not charge me a penny. He could have took advantage of the situation as I am oversea on a long assignment and needed help with my rented house. He was hands down helpful and offered me the proper way to resolve my issue. Joseph answered my call and sounded knowledable but never showed up to the early Saturday appointment we scheduled together. I left a few calls but never got a call back, I would suggest going somewhere else unfortunately. This was a complete waste of time.
