You hope fervently that you will never need a criminal lawyer because of the uncertainty and threat to a tranquil life. But when you do, how do you choose? I’ll help you because I was helped in choosing this man. I am a retired Air Force officer and have no relationship or previous history with my recommendation. A friend, who is a high official in Department of Homeland Security, helped me find Jeff Jankovich. My friend said Jeff is one of the best. My son became involved, because of mental health issues, in an incident that started innocently and was blown out of proportion in criminality when my son fled confrontation. What made it doubly difficult for my son was the incident occurred on the road home, some distance from where he lives. Jeff Jankovich, who also had to travel some distance to this new district court, conducted my son’s defense brilliantly. I was very fortunate to have found Jeff because without him, my son would have served jail time. Because of the law and order rigidity of some communities that state that they believe “you are innocent until proven guilty” but in executing law enforcement they operate as if you are guilty until proven innocent, my son was at risk until Jeff represented him in court. I recommend Jeff Jankovich for criminal law exposures. He is a guardian of a citizen’s legal rights and he guards them very well. He is bright, sympathetic, and honest. He epitomizes what you need in a criminal lawyer.
