A very nice, personable and approachable attorney. He is very knowledgeable in immigration regulations and will always advise you the best route.

I understand that Mr. Stewart has high-profile cases, but my experience with him was completely lackluster, to the point that I seem to could have represented myself to greater benefit. Mr. Steward failed to appear to my first hearing, and then only seemed to speak to the prosecutor 5 mins before the second hearing. At no point in time was there a particular effort to pursue my case at a higher level, even going so far as to refusing to pursue my own plan for defense. I regret taking Mr. Stewart as an attorney and hope this review dissuades others from making the same mistake I did at the cost of thousands of dollars. I ma so furious with this individual. He has not been involved since the trial - perhaps all the better.

Great attorney...have worked with him over the course of the last 7+ years. Sometimes I prevail sometimes I don't, but all in all a great attorney.

A little background: I got ticketed in Alexandria for driving 44 on a 25 zone. I called Mr. Stewart's firm the day before my court date. Mr. Stewart was very kind and extremely thorough in giving me my options and went through them in great detail. In the end he gave me the best advice and without considering his fee. My thanks also go to the young lady who took my phone call for her professionalism.

Horrible guy! He protects frauds and liars! He supports terrorism from overseas immigrants (Pakistan). All of his motions contain nothing but FALSE statements. I understand as an attorney you defend your client but pay attention to what you're defending dude! I reported him to USCIS and ICE!

My cousing recomended Mr. Stewart to me to help me with 2 court dates I got because of speeding, I hired him and it was the best thing I could've done because he got this 2 cases solved for me. He also speaks spanish wich was very helpful to me because it made it easier to understand each other, he's the best, I really recommend him!!

Mr. Stewart was extremely helpful from the beginning. He outlined the potential outcomes upfront and the steps to take to ensure a successful outcome. In my case, I had a ticket for reckless driving for 30 over the speed limit. Mr. Stewart's counsel resulted in the ticket getting reduced so that it wasn't reckless driving and minimized any points on my license.
