March 2020, I got myself in a sticky situation with law in which I was arrested for DWI. I needed a lawyer quick and Mr. Clarke was referred by a fellow family member. A day or so after the incident I spoke with Mr. Clarke and his team. They gave me the rundown of what kind of service they provide their clients, explained the charges/various outcomes, and iterated how they work hard to get their clients the most favorable outcome. After the initial interview Mr. Clarke agreed to take my case. During the course of the my case, Mr. Clarke and his dynamic team kept me informed about upcoming court dates as well provided detail reports of things discussed after each court proceeding. Mr. Clarke and his team went above and beyond by writing a character letter on my behalf to the DA. He also attended my IA interview to make sure I did not incriminate myself. Mr. Clarke was well prepared (ready for war) and argued beautifully. A Non Pros was given. All in all The Clarke team was very professional, had dynamic team work, and they truly have their clients best interest at heart. *FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN JESUS LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING PRAYER CHANGES THINGS AND HE WORKED A MIRCALE FOR ME. My experience with Ms. Karin Porter was beyond wonderful. She stayed on top of my case and was first to reach out to me when any news of my case or information was available. I never once had to chase her down nor wait for her to be available. It was very evident she was concerned with my case and getting the best outcome for me, which, truthfully she did. The outcome she was able to secure was completely unexpected, I wouldn’t even have dared to ask for the leniency that I received. Although, I feel it’s worth noting that I was doing any and everything that was expected of me to show remorse and genuine change since the time of being charged until court. For anyone wondering, I am no stranger to the judicial system, which is why I was taken back at the outcome. I’ve long ago surpassed and used up my “chances” to show that I deserve mercy, at least I felt like I had. I do believe I was able to show and prove to Ms. Porter that I am working at changing myself and becoming a productive member of society. So with that said, I believe that gave her more motivation to get the best offer she could for me. I could on and on, but, the highest compliment I can give is that I highly recommend her to anyone with the unfortunate happenstance to be at the mercy of the courts in Northern Virginia. Should I ever find myself in this situation again I will be hiring Ms. Porter, my money was well spent.

My experience was great. I felt welcomed with open arms and and able to work out my situation of my DUI and not getting any jail time that was my biggest concern and Mrs. Porter was able to make sure I didn't get any jail time. It was a great experience and great to have her as my attorney.
