My divorce was finalized in December 2022 and I cannot express enough gratitude for Theresa Mihalik’s advice and support through this very difficult process. At this point in time, my son is doing well in school, my ex-spouse and I are working well together in co-parenting, and I am able to move on with my life as a single person. Through this process, I came to understand that Theresa’s approach was to optimize the well-being of my family as it was being reconfigured through separation and divorce as well as obtain a fair division of marital property. This consideration of all the aspects of two people going through divorce (far beyond financial) allowed the healing and recovery process to start before the divorce was finalized. Theresa provided expert legal advice and counsel in a compassionate and pragmatic manner to eliminate or minimize drama and disputes with my former spouse. Their website lists legal issues they deal with; I emailed them regarding assistance with one such issue, only to have their office email back stating they cannot assist with such an issue. Update your website then! What a waste of time in customers’ behalf.
