Mediocre law firm, these people need to treat people with respect

Mr. Christian Lapham of Bean, Kinney and Korman is a 5 star family law attorney! As a clinical psychologist who does a lot of custody evaluations and work, I've know him for several years, and I've always been impressed by his knowledge, his effectiveness and his care for clients as a family law attorney. I also participated in Christian's Second Saturday Divorce Seminar as a mental health expert in the past, and it was a real honor to serve and support folks in the community wth Christian's great free divorce seminar series. World Class Law firm. One of the best in Northern Virginia.

I would strongly suggest staying away from this law firm. I spent a year working with them and had what I believe to be false promises and radically high billing throughout the entire process. In the end they delivered less than I ever would have expected and charged far more than what was spoken about. It really just seemed like a bait and switch from the start.

Lynn Hawkins acted as a mediator for us in a "simple" estate issue. Not only did Lynn review our issue ahead of time, but she was well-versed in our case so that she was very efficient with our time and capital. This is a welcome touch of class in what is often a feared event!!

My experience with Bean, Kinney & Korman was above and beyond my expectations. Going through a difficult divorce, it was nice to feel the support from the staff at the office. From the receptionists, to the attorneys, this firm is organized and thorough.
