Great legal representation! I cannot speak highly enough about David Deane. He provided timely communication and excellent results -- all while under adverse court conditions and unexpected cancellations -- for a more-than-reasonable one-time fee. I hope not to need his services again, but wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if I do.

David was a lifesaver in my case. As an out of state driver, I was facing jail time, along with a DL suspension, considering I was being charged with Reckless Driving, going 97 mph/65 mph zone. From the first interaction, until the actual hearing, he makes very clear suggestions as to what someone in such a situation should do to make a future hearing better and give some possible leverage in court. I walked away with a $250 fine, no jail time and no license suspension, despite the fact that the sitting judge was known for very harsh punishments for anyone, exceeding the speed of 90 mph. Ultimately, his price range is EXTREMELY reasonable compared to other local attorneys. For anyone who needs traffic attorney that comes with PHENOMENAL service and an outstanding price/quality ratio, don’t hesitate, just give Mr. Deane a call, you won’t be disappointed! I was pulled over for speeding in VA and reached out to a bunch of attorneys but the only one who picked up the call was David Deane. David went to court and knocked down my ticket from a moving violation to a non moving violation with NO POINTS on my license! I couldn’t have gotten a better outcome!
