David Deane is great lawyer that will fight for you. My quick story I was targeted leaving Washington DC. I had a little over a ouch of weed that I just got from DC with stapled bag receipt and business card on bag got pulled over by Virginia State Police in Arlington county Va that trooper charged me with a felony distribution charge. Impounded my car took me to Arlington county jail VA. Where I had to post bail. Then paid impound fee.to get car back. This all happened after they decriminalized possession of marijuana. Then when I was waiting on court date.they claimed I missed court put warrant out for my arrest. I didn't That's when I was blessed to found David Deane criminal defense attorney. First thing he got warrant lifted. And didn't get my bail revoked second thing he did was correct a Injustice and fight for the small person for justice and what is right needless to say all charges dropped thank you again. David Deane represented my husband in traffic court and helped him prepare for the court date. He spoke to my husband in person at the court to explain how the proceeding would unfold, all of the possible outcomes, etc. Then he spoke privately with the police officer, came back and explained what he was going to ask for inside the courtroom. Ultimately my husband was very satisfied that a reckless driving charge was significantly reduced and the fine was also lower than it could have been.

David is professional and straight to the point. I had consulted a few other Arlington lawyers for a traffic ticket that seemed hopeless, and he was able to get it dismissed a month later. He always answered questions professionally and communicated his plan B's and C's if something did not work in our favor. Luckily it did. I would highly recommend him.
