After meeting with the 1st lawyer we had an appointment with, my life and I felt very disappointed by her response. Gladly we found Mr Krieger profile online and decided to contact him for a second opinion. We sent him an email on a Saturday morning and he replied the same afternoon. That was a good sign for us. Then, at the beginning of the very next week we met him and bombarded him with questions and different scenarios. Instead of rushing to the point Mr Krieger listened to us and explained a solid yet simple solution for our case. Because we strongly felt Steven was going to represent us appropriately; we decided to hire his services immediately. Once the proper documentation was signed, Mr Krieger began to process our ex-tenants eviction. Within 20 days the tenants were gone. I was referred to Steven Krieger by Alexandria Bar Association. After the first consultation with Steven, my nerves were eased and my stress level went down. I was continually being harassed by a manipulative landlord, who had already tried to evict me twice within the first 3 months of my lease. She also was non-responsive to repairing maintenance problems. Because I never had to deal with a landlord like this, I decided to hire Steven to assist me with legal advice and to talk on my behalf to my landlord. At the first consultation, he was very quick at understanding the issue at hand and thoroughly explained the payment process to someone who has never had to use an attorney for this kind of issue. Steven was willing to take a look at my new lease and gave me advice on what to discuss with my new landlord as well as assisting in re-writing some parts of the lease to make sure it was fair. My new landlords signed the lease I proposed and are great – and I’m happy at my new place. I would highly recommend Steven to anyone seeking legal advice.
