Seth provided our construction company practical and cost-efficient advice managing wage rate issues on federally funded construction projects including negotiation and dispute resolution with the Dept. of Labor. He is well informed on the subject of construction law and labor law, easy to work with and extremely responsive.

I consulted with Seth through email and he was able to call me promptly to discuss my case. He intently listened to my case and answered my questions with clarity and sincerity. He even presented the different scenarios should I proceed with the case with him or another attorney. He was very honest with his advice.
