Some people at this company are rude, irresponsible, and lack proper email/phone etiquette.

The staff at Bergstrom were very professional and efficient. We obtained services which were paid by our employer which I was worried would mean our level of service would be worse or lower priority. This couldn't have been less the case. They were extremely prompt (and diligent). Would definitely use again!

Had to take COVID training ermmm 6 months after the fact. The training was inadequate. A lot of questions with gray areas. For example. One that asked if a lady was wearing a mask correctly I said yes. Got it wrong because she was touching her face. But she was wearing the mask correctly which was the question. It was coving her mouth and nose and strapped around her ears. It didn’t ask if she was supposed to be touching her face. That’s just one question. Totally bogus training.

What other people said is totally true. Mrs. Pratibah is the best in her field and you will not regret hiring her. I was charged with one felony theft and two petty theft and hired her company to represent me while applying for my OPT. I was very afraid, but she told me what I should do exactly. Hire a criminal lawyer and get the best outcome in order to not get a refusal from USCIS. She really took time to explain to me each scenarios and what would be best for me. I followed her advices with my criminal lawyer and guess what? I got my EAD card a week ago. I highly recommend her. She is always quickly responsive by emails or phone calls.
