Their Science of Workplace Investigations training remains one of, if not the most useful trainings I’ve taken in my 20-year career. Michael’s content was clear, entertaining, and practical. My only criticism is that they don’t have enough full-length training offerings. Great Value!

Had to take COVID training ermmm 6 months after the fact. The training was inadequate. A lot of questions with gray areas. For example. One that asked if a lady was wearing a mask correctly I said yes. Got it wrong because she was touching her face. But she was wearing the mask correctly which was the question. It was coving her mouth and nose and strapped around her ears. It didn’t ask if she was supposed to be touching her face. That’s just one question. Totally bogus training.
