Let me start by saying that I am a practicing lawyer. Immigration is outside my practice area, so when I got married and needed to file a petition for permanent residence for my wife, I hired someone in that area of law. Mr. Lin's staff were always responsive and Mr. Lin had answers to our questions and guided us through the process. His firm prepared all of the documents for our review before submission and we obtained a favorable result. Highly recommend.

Kendall and her assistant Janya, were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Every time I had a question, I got a prompt answer. In one instance, I had a problem to fill out some boxes on an online form, and Janya completed the blanks for me. Another time, Kendall found a specific document that I was looking for and could not find myself.

Kendall was amazing throughout our very long and complicated case. In addition to needing to have waivers filed and reopening my husband's decades old immigration case, we had the current pandemic complicate things further. Kendall was super helpful during our whole process of my marriage based greencard, which took about 1 1/2 years. I could always call and email with any questions that came up during the process.
