I was with more effort than the lawyer was willing to put into my head injury! I didn't bring them enough money for the effort necessary. Made to settle and lawyer earned more than I got of the settlement. I was told to accept the settlement it was good one and even with video of injuries identical to mine, lawyer didn't bother.

Texted for 40 minutes my basic reason and transferred twice via text with more texting, then a call for more of same exact questions and then last guy goes thru quick rundown, I already sensed the answer, about suing a major misdiagnosed issue that's now leading to several surgeries I need that's a yr n half old ALL while doing what Dr said, under his orders n stay in boot. Dr stating it could be a yr possibly 2, well new surgeon has looked at All imaging and notes and findings etc. So now I'm gonna lose side to side motion 💯% and this guy on phone after 10 minutes says EXACTLY what 1st surgeon, a FINITE, Specialist, said There's nothing we can do for you call these people. I asked why......n he hung up. Thanks Oscar for the time and hanging up on me. Hell, the 2nd person could have said sorry. But why was my question, because I said I had a lawyer, but I hadn't gotten with him on this. It's still within time to pursue especially misdiagnosed and not reading imaging correctly to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else cause I'm already screwed up due to his negligence in misreading the imaging reports. Pain, and depression over the past 2 yrs n not getting better as he said, got old. Is old n it's places n firms like this you try to avoid. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER, IT'S WITHIN STATUE. "ESPECIALLY " when it's led to a worsened condition by a misdiagnosed Dr or who read the film. Hoping it was Dr who looked at it. I wish M&Ms well, (with peanuts) of course. DON'T JUDGE TIL Y'ALL GOT FACTS, ACTUALLY, DONT JUDGE. Y'all know as well as I do, there's a condition that changes, the standard limitations, and technically are only 6 months past 1 yr. STILL UNDER HIS CARE AT THAT TIME. GOOD LUCK TO YOUR CLIENTS IN FUTURE, AND REMEMBER, WHERE THEY ARE COMING FROM. SUMTHN BAD, DIDN'T HAPPEN TO YOU, THINK HOW FOLKS GONNA PAY RENT, MORTGAGE, FOOD, CHILDREN CLOTHES, INSURANCE, GAS, their regular life, before someone took that from them, and their children. The charges (percentages) were so high. The first person pushed me sign the contract saying don’t worry the lawyer will drop it down but when I spoke with the lawyer it wasn’t true.
