As signs indicated that I could be passed over for promotion I consulted Tom. He asked great questions, made me feel like I had a legitimate concern that the oversight was very possibly gender discrimination. He clearly explained what my options were and what the potential outcomes were for each action. I was also made to feel very comfortable that the decision on which option to take was my call. There was no wrong direction to go in. I appreciate his knowledge, listening, thorough explanation and recommendations. Given the need I would call him in a second! I would highly recommend utilizing his services for consulting and litigation if there is any thought of gender discrimination.
