Josh was very helpful, getting me a consult set up within the time frame I needed. He reviewed the entire retirement package I asked him to help me with. He explained the legal issues with each part of the package I'd highlighted to ask questions about. Josh even pointed out one section which I'd overlooked and he explained in layman's terms what it meant and why it was important. After my consult with Josh, and based on his recommendation I was much more comfortable signing the agreement. I'm glad I went to see him for assistance.

I would highly recommend against going here for a consult and recommend saving your money. I went in with specific goals and hoping to leave feeling more confident and with a set plan to move forward, and left feeling very confused and uncertain how to proceed. I met with Josh and a colleague and for 350 dollars, got less questions firmly answered and also did not feel like my time there was very valued. For instance, in the middle of the meeting a call went through that interrupted the session, and his colleague's phone rang twice. Furthermore, I felt very rushed to end early when he made a statement like "we still have some time but I think that's it" and we started a few minutes late/ended a few minutes early. I think it's important to value client's time and as a whole-I would avoid this law office if you want to feel: valued, heard, and confident about your case. 350 dollars may not be a lot for Josh, but it's a lot of money to most people.

I was in a horrible place when my previous attorney left his practice, and my case after nine years of litigation. No other attorney would help me and I searched for months for someone who would pick up where he left off, finally being lucky enough to find Josh. Not only did he find a solution to my case within a month, which my previous attorney couldn't do in nine years, but he even stuck around after finding that my previous attorney had put a lean against the settlement that none of us had known about. Not only is Mr. Erlich wonderful at what he does, but he is a genuinely good person. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone in need of an attorney. I was assaulted by a police officer, so not only was my case an incredibly hard case to fight, it is an extremely hard case to win, and if it wasn't for Mr. Erlich I would probably never be able to get the help I need in fixing the physical and emotional damage it caused, but I am, all thanks to the Erlich Law Office. I trusted he was looking out for my best interest and while on retainer he arrived to meeings too timid. He arrived at one important meeting without any documents. I believe he was over his head in the case and should have told me. It turned out I am still being tormented, out the money and there were times he was too trustworthy of a court attorney who is now in the public eye for corruption. Joshua was really professional and empathetic right from our first meeting. It wasn't a great situation to be in, but it was so reassuring having somebody to explain my options and all the really confusing aspects of employment law relating to my issue, and also help me understand what to expect next in the process. He checked in with me frequently, his fee was reasonable, and I felt like he worked really hard for my cause.
