This is the most arrogant attorney I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He asked questions, interrupted my answers, talked to me as though I were a child. None of my answers seemed to please him, and when I said I didn't understand how he WANTED me to answer them, he he said he didn't understand how I couldn't. He bragged a great deal about his experience in these matters, and then he was 100% wrong about everything he said. I wouldn't retain this attorney if he offered his representation for free. Maybe don't call him first thing in the morning. He may have just been in a bad mood.

Mr. Dean is a very talented and knowledgeable attorney. He will always answer your calls or text.

Mr. Shoen has helped me through ever Hearing, every Independent Medical Exam, and everything else involved with my case and my injury. He saved me from Bankruptcy. I had faith he was on my side. After several years of his representation and going nowhere with my WC case I went to another attorney only to find out Mr. Shoen was playing nice with the commission the entire time he "represented" me. He never turned in half the stuff my doctor's ordered but wouldn't answer why nothing was happening. Settle settle settle was all he would ever say. He didn't care whether I got treated or not as long as he stayed on the good side of the commission. If you want serious legal representation go somewhere else.

Good advice and for the people.

I hired Darren in 2018 to handle my workers Comp case because getting treatment through my work insurance company became to be a huge hassle. They wouldn’t let me see any doctors except for the one that they chose who only wanted to feed me pain pills and push me out the door. I was 24 when I injured my neck through work I couldn’t sleep well, I had difficulty standing long hours or doing anything vigorous. I would get extreme headaches because of the neck injury that I would avoid all social outings as well. Once I hired Darren I was able to get the medical help that I needed in order to live a normal life again, as well as pay all of the medical bills I had acquired during that time. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed any of that without him. And for that I thank him!

Mr. Shoen was able to help get my workman’s com. coverage restored. It was terminated after being eligible for coverage for 40 years. We appealed and went through two years before he was able to get them restored. Thankful for his excellent work and patience.
