I was an injured worker at Volvo. Needed legal assistance & went with the first person I could find & spoke too which was Aaron Thomas. A local attorney who sucked me into getting him as my attorney. Worst idea I ever had. Finally came to my senses after my court case wasn’t looking so good & he was very hard to get ahold of. I called Brenda Moses & it was a night & day experience. After talking with her I immediately fired Aaron Thomas & hired Brenda. She brought me in immediately to discuss everything & from there on out, she called me a few times a week, let me know what was going on with my case. Every time I called, her partner, Ashley would pick up the phone, every single time, no matter what. They returned my emails in a timely manner. It was a great situation given hot stressful being an injured worker already is. Brenda went above & beyond for me when I didn’t think I had a shot to walk away with anything. I ended up settling my case with Volvo, my medical bills paid & one happy man. Without Brenda, & Ashley I probably would’ve walked away empty handed. She’s been doing her job for close to 30 years & I’m so glad I came to my senses to fire my former attorney & go with her. Please do yourselves the favor & go with Brenda who is a stress free attorney who makes this worrisome process a stress free one & allow her to makes it much easier to be in the hard situation you’re already in. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you for an on the job injury, then look no further. Brenda Moses is an amazing attorney. I had a rotor fall out of the box onto my foot and you can only imagine the damage to the top of my foot. I thought I could handle everything on my own until comp started terminating each dr because they wasn't liking my diagnosis. 6 months into my injury I contacted Moses law firm.
