I have represented debtors before the United States Bankruptcy Court in Roanoke for over twenty years. In my opinion, the best law firm in western Virginia representing debtors in bankruptcy is Giles and Lambert. Malissa, the other attorneys and staff at all of their offices are both knowledgeable and helpful for their own clients and for other debtor attorneys like myself. In the past, when requested, they have always been willing to assist my law office with cases we couldn't handle or in figuring out difficult legal questions. They are the best.
