Sent an email inquiry. Never heard anything for 3 weeks. Was going to call, but decided to do a live chat. Rosa assisted me and was very nice and pleasant. Reviewed my experience and stated that I had never been contacted regarding my email. Received a call from someone representing Spicer. Very rude. Told me a consultation (which I thought was free) would be$225. I finally agreed, but when I went to set the appointment and the name of the company that had made charges against me was revealed, they stated (again very rudely) it would be a conflict and they could not help me. They hung up on me without any further explanation. I may be a convicted felon, but that does not define me . Everyone deserves common courtesy.

Mr. Olin greatly helped me out on my summons for Riding on Stern while Underway. He went to court in my place and had my charges dismissed under the condition that I did a few hours of community service and take a boating class. Excellent service, very professional and replies to emails and calls within a few hours. I highly recommend him.
