I have nothing but amazing things to say about the attorneys and staff here at the Reliance Law Group. Mr Stowers assisted us in a civil case, as well as provided each of us with our Wills, Power of Attorney, and Medical Directive for our family. We highly recommend him and have recommended him to all of our family and friends.

I hired Jeffrey Stowers at Ratliff Law Firm May 2020 to represent me in contested divorce and in January 2021 I looked up court cases and seen we had missed a court date. I called the courthouse but thank goodness the courthouse was closed due to Covid. I called and told him and he knew nothing because he hadn't filed. I decided then almost a year later in March or April in 2021 when he still hadn't filed for my divorce in court that I better fire him and he kept $1,000.00 of my money. Most of the charges were for calls that to tell me the office was closed or he wasn't there due to Covid. Very bad service and I felt I should have been refunded my money or most of it. No matter what you change your attorneys firm name to bad business is bad business. I questioned them about the charges and still had to pay the $1000.00. So my new attorney saw he had charged me for the paperwork that was supposed to be filed in court but wasn't in my file. They saw him in court and requested it and he finally provided it since I paid for it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to him. I wasted almost a year of my life.
