I reached out to this firm on September 6th for consultation on a lease matter. After working with the intake coordinator and not hearing anything, I sent a follow up email on September 11th. It is now September 30th and I have not heard from an attorney or anyone. Needless to say this was a time sensitive matter (as most lease issues are) and you blew it. Thanks for the assistance. This is why no one likes Lawyers.

For Family Law matters, I do not recommend using TGB. I requested a consultation with Christopher Bibb to retain his services for a JDR case scheduled on a specific date. First, his client intake coordinator, Maria Orta-Terry, was hateful and bafflingly rude. I had accidentally omitted a document they requested in the intake but provided all of the details in another document. She told me we'd have to reschedule until I sent the required document, which was fine. What I took issue with, however, was how rude, unprofessional, and dismissive she was over the phone during the rescheduling process. Despite my hopes that Mr. Bibb would provide a better experience than his coordinator, I was sorely disappointed. They allowed me to schedule the $250 consultation to the following afternoon, but after offering "some advice," I was informed that he would not actually be available on the date of the hearing I had requested the consultation for. The entire experience felt like a predatory scam.

The most disorganized real-estate transaction I have ever been involved with. We were closing on a 100k property. I have closed on numerous properties of significantly higher value with much less hassle. Every attorney I have used has allowed DocuSign for purpose of signing legal documents. Not this firm. A "war and peace " document was required to be printed by the sellers and taken to a notary to have numerous pages signed and notarized. The notary at my bank, who had been doing this for 20 years, said they have never seen a document require so many signatures by the same individual over many pages. Additionally other companies got involved requiring over the phone bank account verifications, despite having completed all this paperwork previously. Closing dates were changed a number of times. Communication had to be asked for versus provided. A horrible experience from start to finish. Paralegal CP, was our primary contact with the firm. Learn from our mistake. If you're looking for a law firm cross this one off your list!
