I have been so impressed with Tucker Griffin Barnes! This is the first time I needed representation. I always assumed if an accident wasn't my fault the insurance companies would treat the case fairly, but my experience was the exact opposite. I was overwhelmed and knew what was happening wasn't right, the relief when they took over was huge for me. Matthew Westmoreland was compassionate when the companies were not. He advocated for me and took over all the stress so that I could put my focus into being comfortable driving again and healing. I would 100% recommend this office and Matthew; I was so reluctant to trust someone on this matter but I've been so blessed that I turned this over to them. They gave honest feedback and suggestions, were absolutely transparent, and explained the process every step of the way. Matthew and his team care about people and the impact situations like this have on the individual. I'm hoping I won't need their services again but I feel confident in the fact that I would definitely trust them again if something else happened!

Rudest people on the phone. Hangs up when trying to ask questions for help. Said we would have to wait a month to speak to someone then just snaps. They do not help.

What a huge help! After months of calling, calling and begging the at fault auto insurance company to reimburse me for my out of pocket copays, I was about to give up. I'm very thankful for Mr. Westmoreland and his staff. He was professional, curtious and understanding.
