Having relocated to Virginia after our retirement, we contacted Simon at Stapleton Elder Law in Charlottesville to prepare a trust to protect our assets and also to prepare new updated wills and other important documents. We were able to watch the video of Simon Stapleton’s presentation regarding asset protection from the comfort of our home and found it extremely helpful in explaining current regulations as well as answering many of our questions. We met with Simon at his office. He is a professional and approachable attorney who explained everything, reviewed our needs, and answered our questions. We returned twice more to sign documents and lastly to pick up the final papers. I have already recommended Simon to a family member and a neighbor. We were extremely pleased with the whole process.
