Mr. Jensen is an amazing attorney that definitely goes above and beyond others we have worked with in the past. He is well prepared at court, knows exactly what he is doing, keeps you in the loop the entire time, and does a great job representing his clients in the courtroom. If you are looking for someone that is going to be super outgoing and become your new best friend, this would be the wrong choice for you. However, if you're looking for a great attorney that is all business and gets the job done, there is no better option!

Dale is thorough, as most patent attorneys are, and very easy to work with. His rates are reasonable and well-communicated. What separates him from most - and I've worked dozens, both for help prosecuting patents and in my work as an expert witness litigating them - is that he is, by far, the fastest to respond and complete work product. My work as an engineering professor gives me some late hours, but every time I wrote to Dale, he responds promptly. This morning, a Saturday, I asked him a question at 8:50am and by 9am I had his well-reasoned answer, finishing the application 3 weeks ahead of time. I'm keeping this guy on my short list.
