I came to Andrew completely blindsided by a custody/visitation case that I only had about 3 weeks to prepare for. He was informative, communicative, realistic, honest, and confident, and I won't hesitate to recommend him/this practice to anyone who might need them.

From start to finish with Tom Hendell, my experience with the lawsuit has been exceptional. I was kept abreast of all transactions and advised of valuable information. My custody case was extremely contentious, after being completely disappointed with my previous attorney I was very cautious in choosing another. I found Samantha Freed at one of the lowest times in my life. Being falsely accused of a crime I did not commit, from an ex boss, left me spinning. Tom Hendell is brilliant

If you are in need a family law attorney, I'm very sorry and hope this time passes quickly. I was previously represented by Ronald Tweel until he retired, and then had more good fortune being recommended to Megan Flowers. I highly recommend her. Megan is efficient, smart, articulate, and has an eye for detail. She is frank about the law (wether the news is good or bad) and informative about all scenarios. She listens and then quickly hones in on important points. It was amazing how much information she could cover in the briefest of meetings. Her advice led to being extremely prepared (but doing so in the most cost-effective way). While opposing counsel had to resort to methods like inflammatory comments and false claims, Megan assertively and gracefully gave pertinent facts and presented evidence. She is in a class above the rest, and it was very apparent.

Of the three or four firms I contacted to represent me in a commercial failure-to-pay case, Tremblay & Smith (particularly Thomas Hendell) was by far the most responsive. The case was very straightforward and was resolved with a demand letter. Thomas was flexible on the payment schedule and made it a point to meet in person which was very much appreciated!
