I had the unfortunate experience of filing bankruptcy with one of Mr. Slayton's competitors downtown Charlottesville. It was a very frustrating and confused process that ended in dismissal. I started over with Slayton law firm and it was a completely different experience. Please do yourself a favor and use them for your bankruptcy. You will be glad you chose someone is looking out for you and who will find ways for your case to be a successful outcome.

Mr. Slayton is amazing at his job. He is caring and compassionate. Filing for bankruptcy can be scary, but not when you go to Slayton. It was a smooth process and I had no problems. I’ve heard horror stories from other people who chose to go another route. You never have to worry about that with Slayton Law.

I cannot speak more highly of the service we received from Barry Jones and his assistant Joan Cornelius. They represented us for a home closing, and despite us operating from out of state mid-COVID, they made the process easy and efficient, and our follow up support has been excellent. We were connected via our real estate agent, and I am so glad we went ahead with this agency for our closing - couldn't have been smoother!
