Going to Slayton Law was probably the best decision I could have made when I started considering Bankruptcy. Marshall Slayton was personable, understanding and a big help to me when I felt at my lowest. He answered all of my questions and even those I didn't know to ask. I worried for nothing, the office was wonderful. They did some of the work for us. When we left the court room we went "phew". We felt such a sigh of relief. If I needed to ever do it again, he's my man!

I did not go to Mr. Slayton with the intent to file bankruptcy. I just wanted help with stopping a garnishment. Mr. Slayton took his time with me going over all of my medical bills vs. my net income and it turned out that filing chapter 7 was the best move I could have made. AND he got back my money that had been taken in garnishments! It was unbelievably fast and he made it so easy! I'd recommend Slayton Law to ANYONE!
