I was highly satisfied with my decision to hire Attorney Mark Andrews. Getting into legal troubles can completely change your life in an instant and there's a lot of salesmen lawyers out there selling a bogus product... (themselves.) I did extensive research and contacted several attorneys about my case before deciding on Mark. Mr. Andrews as well as his assistant, Mary Ewell were both very quickly responsive to calls, texts, and e-mails; even during the holidays and weekends. They worked hard in the short time between my arraignment and trial to build a strong defense strategy that was able to suppress evidence and ultimately led to my CHARGES BEING DISMISSED!!!!!! He was a pleasure to have at my side in the courtroom as it seemed he was running the show. He tripped up the officer and Commonwealth attorney several times as he schooled them on VA law. Not once did I feel nervous or regretful for my decision to hire him. He made me feel at ease several times that I met and talked with him as I anxiously awaited my courtdate as well. Mr. Mark Andrews was my sons Defense Attorney in a Criminal DUI case. We live in Texas and my son was stationed in Virginia. He had defended my son previously in a Reckless Driving Ticket and I contacted him immediately when I found about my sons accident. Mr. Andrews took the time to talk to me about scenarios, what to expect and kept me somewhat calm 1,400 miles away. He always had time to talk to me, no matter when. Once my son was charged, he was incarcerated for 8 months before his hearing. Again, during that time Mr. Andrews went above and beyond to be there for me, my family and my son. My son was facing additional time but at the time of the sentencing hearing, Mr. Andrews did an amazing job representing my son. His knowledge of the law, skill and compassion was felt by everyone there in that court room. We were all in awe when the judge ruled “time served”, which was under the guidelines set by the courts. We were all praying and hoping for anything under 3 years. He made it possible for my son to move forward with his young life. Words can not express how grateful I am for this man, who was more than just an Attorney! He treated my son and this family with great concern and we never felt as if my son was just a paycheck. His office Assistant is just as compassionate about the service they provide. Overall, he is definitely the “go-to” Attorney for DUI cases. He definitely sets the bar high for quality representation! I am a forever thankful mother who is now able to hug her son again because of Mr. Andrews!

I was completely nervous going into this as it was my first time ever in a court room. Mr. Andrews was extremely professional and reassuring. The case ended up being dismissed due Mr. Andrews knowledge of the law. I will highly recommend Mr. Andrews in the future!

Mark is an engaging talented attorney who recognizes opportunities and knows how to capitalize on them. In our case we were hoping for a reduced charge but due to Mark's extraordinary skills he managed to get a dismissal. Very pleased - he has my highest recommendation.

Mandy Rogers helped me recently get an unfair child support and alimony case against me totally dismissed. My ex was extremely spiteful and filed for criminal child support and alimony in Juvenile Court against me while we were actually still living together. My ex somehow won the case which I still never understood to this day but I am sure it was probably because I went to court that day without counsel. Needless to say, the arrears amounted to over $100,000 and the case was very convoluted and complicated in the sense that it involved jurisdictional law - child support - JDR and divorce - Circuit Court but Attorney Rogers stayed with me and pressed through jurisdictional issues to get my argument heard eventually winning the case through appeal in circuit court. EX was extremely spiteful, lied up till the end and did everything to try to make my life miserable. Ex even had opposing counsels (yes, with an s) employ unethical tactics to try to make me give up including dragging the case on and on. Mandy stood up to the nonsense that the EX and opposing counsel concocted and hurled our way. Without Mandy Rogers, I would not be here to write this review because the ex was doing everything to try and lie and get me locked up in jail and/or broke. I am truly grateful and appreciative of Attorney Rogers and her services.
