Mark is professional, and made me feel at ease about my case. I was nervous about my ticket, however, he handled my case with care. My case had to be moved several times, due to weather and other events, which made me more nervous, and he and his team kept me in the loop of when my case was going to be rescheduled. I would definitely recommend him and use him again (hoping I won't need to though!)

Great experience. Mark is a great guy and very helpful. He makes sure to break info down if he sees or you say you don't understand. Mr.Andrews is a very understanding person, he works very fast! I was going to be given a non-compliance with my probation, I felt as if there was nothing I could do. With one phone call Mr.Andrews resolved everything. I was so grateful I was ready to give him any amount he asked for, but Mr.Andrews didn’t charge me a dime!!
