Mr. Mark Andrews was my sons Defense Attorney in a Criminal DUI case. We live in Texas and my son was stationed in Virginia. He had defended my son previously in a Reckless Driving Ticket and I contacted him immediately when I found about my sons accident. Mr. Andrews took the time to talk to me about scenarios, what to expect and kept me somewhat calm 1,400 miles away. He always had time to talk to me, no matter when. Once my son was charged, he was incarcerated for 8 months before his hearing. Again, during that time Mr. Andrews went above and beyond to be there for me, my family and my son. My son was facing additional time but at the time of the sentencing hearing, Mr. Andrews did an amazing job representing my son. His knowledge of the law, skill and compassion was felt by everyone there in that court room. We were all in awe when the judge ruled “time served”, which was under the guidelines set by the courts. We were all praying and hoping for anything under 3 years. He made it possible for my son to move forward with his young life. Words can not express how grateful I am for this man, who was more than just an Attorney! He treated my son and this family with great concern and we never felt as if my son was just a paycheck. His office Assistant is just as compassionate about the service they provide. Overall, he is definitely the “go-to” Attorney for DUI cases. He definitely sets the bar high for quality representation! I am a forever thankful mother who is now able to hug her son again because of Mr. Andrews!

I was facing charges of a DUI and Hit and Run. This was the first time I had ever been arrested so it was hard to figure out what lawyer to choose. After reading prior reviews of Mark Andrews I knew he was the lawyer I wanted to hire. After all case evidence was in I met with Mark and he explained everything in great detail. The amount of time he put reviewing the evidence was impressive and left me feeling confident. After all his effort Mark was able to find a reason to motion for probable cause on my arrest and both charges were dropped. Mark Andrews was the right choice and I would recommend his service to anyone in need.
