I needed some last-minute assistance with an out-of-state legal issue late in the afternoon right before the Christmas holidays. I contacted Steve and asked if he could assist me. He said it was not a problem, and proceeded to help me with my issue, even though it went beyond his working hours. I really appreciated his sound advice, professionalism, and caring demeanor.
