Mr. Wegman has helped me with my charge for 5 months. He spoke with other parties and explained the process in detail. I could not have done it without him! He is helping me to have a clean record and for that I am forever appreciative.

Mr. Wegman is not only very professional but he actually cares about the people that have put their faith in him. He promptly returns phone calls and he definitely goes the extra mile to ensure that you are well taken care of. I will only use Robert Wegman for any future legal needs.

Robert was able to get my reckless driving ticket reduced to “improper driving” by discussing it with the officer prior to my court date. He knows many of the Chesapeake police officers.

Unfortunately for me, I have had to hire an attorney multiple times for my teenager. Fortunately for me, I hired Robert Wegman. Everytime we won the case! That is not luck, just plain old skill. Mr. Wegman came highly recommended from my colleagues in the Coast Guard. He did not disappoint! He took the time to become familiar with everything I provided about my reckless driving charge. He prepared for the case and we talked at length about my testimony on the morning of trial. He did a detailed interview of the State Trooper and laid the groundwork for my defense. He conducted the bench trial flawlessly and made an argument that the judge really liked. He won my case easily and I was found "not guilty"! Rob represented me for DUI and other minor criminal charges in both Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. His knowledge of law was equally beneficial as his ability to research information that would help my case. He helped me feel calm and confident in the days that led up to the case which allowed me to go on with my life as normal until the hearing. That being said he was always very factual with me and never tried to sugar coat anything but still I knew hew would do his best because he always does. On the day of the hearing he has impressed me every time with how well known he was in both cities, and how well he was liked and also how prepared he was. DUI are typically tough cases and my record didn't make it easy on him. But regardless he has always helped me get the lesser sentence and dropped if at all possible. Never once have I left the courtroom thinking he should have done more. I am so appreciative to have met him and would never think of using anyone else. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
