I was very pleased with Jeanne Hovenden. She has been great from the beginning to the end. She always kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered any questions that I had.

I thought that bankruptcy was this horrible thing. The very thought of what would take place was terrifying. Jeanne put my mind at ease from the very first e-mail, and was there for me every step of the way. In my case it was absolutely nothing like I thought. Not very attentive. Initially very informative, but what should have taken a few weeks took months. Never did a follow up said I didn't qualify for chapter 7. End up using a different attorney and my entire process was completed in a professional and timely manner. She is extremely disorganized.
