Upon termination notice given to me due to a downsizing of the business, my employer initially declined to honor the severance package that specified in the employment agreement I had with the company. David carefully reviewed the agreement and reason for termination, and wrote a letter that clearly and concisely interpreted the situation. The company immediately acceded to David's interpretation and rationale and honored the severance conditions as specified in the employment agreement.
