Jason Wolfrey is by FAR THE BEST lawyer you can hire to represent you. I was charged with 2 counts of distribution, and was told by every single other lawyer I spoke with that there was no way to avoid going to jail. I was even encouraged to become a CI by a few of these lawyers. Jason told me otherwise. He told me he would work diligently to make sure I had the best outcome, and to his word, he delivered. He took time out of his schedule to meet with me any time I had any doubts about my case, no matter what he had going on in his own life, reassuring me that I would get through this. Not only was he a significant source of encouragement, but he worked diligently to get me the best result possible, better than I ever hoped to obtain. My ultimate desire was to not do ANY time in jail or become a CI. Jason did his best to make sure I would not have to do a single day in jail, and gave me an honest representation of my outlook. He never lied to me or gave me false encouragement, but rather spent his time on my case, working for ME and providing me the best representation money can buy. I can say with certainty that he is the best in the business, and I will always be in his debt for what he did for me, not just in the courtroom, but also as a confidant and friend. If you are in a position similar to mine, I implore you to speak with Jason and hear what he has to say about your position. He is an honest, upfront, and caring person. Nothing he said to me made me feel as if I has made a poor decision in hiring him to represent me. I will forever be in debt to Jason for how strongly he fought for me, and I can say confidently that I made the best decision of my life by hiring Jason to represent me. In the end, he was able to obtain a plea deal that was beyond anything I ever expected. Because of his abilities as my lawyer, I did not have to spend a day in jail, and I did not have to succumb to the being a CI for the Police. He was able to get the charges reduced and I was able to do classes through ASAP along with community service, which I was more than happy to do. I am beyond ecstatic to say that I am free and clear of these charges, solely because of his abilities as my representative. Jason, thank you. Thank you for everything. You are an amazing lawyer, and there is nothing I could do to repay you for what you have done for my life. You are truly my savior.

I hired Wolfrey Law to go to court in my place, to fight a speeding ticket. What a mistake. My original ticket was going to cost a little over 300$, which I would have paid but I wanted to keep my driving record clean. So I paid them 300$, assuming they would get the ticket dismissed or lowered to next to nothing. I now still have to pay 214$ for a moving violation. So rather than just paying 300$ for the original ticket, I now have paid 514$. I am a military member currently deployed to the Middle East. I received my ticket 1 week before deploying, while driving back to South Carolina after evacuating from Hurricane Michael. BOTTOM LINE All in all, it doesn't matter your circumstances, Virginia is going to get their money, so don't waste your time trying to fight it.

Very rude asked me when am I in va and I told the truth never really there. I was just passing through told me I was gonna lose my case and hung up. Very rude!!!

I'm a CDL driver that had the misfortune of meeting one of Virginia's finest. It was a speeding ticket over 80 mph, and carried 6 points and a criminal misdemeanor charge. I live 1100 miles from the court room in which I scheduled to appear. Had I flown up, got a hotel, rented a car, paid for all my meals, took time off work it would have been a gross inconvenience and costly. If I then represented myself and lost, I could have ended up fined heavily, possibly sent to jail, and lost my CDL effectively costing me current and future work in my business. Mr. Clemons was amazing and I am so glad to have had him represent me. I was pulled over for driving 95/65 and in VA that is considered to be a misdemeanor. Mr. Clemons was able to get it reduced to faulty equipment and my driving record was not effected. I only had to pay a fine and did not have to appear in court. His flat rate fee was much more affordable that other lawyers that I had spoken with and he was able to get it reduced much lower than anyone else considered possible. I would highly recommend him. He took the time to explain everything which I truly appreciated having never been in this situation before.

I am from Pennsylvania and got my ticket in Carol County driving back to school. I had 91 in a 65 so was reckless driving and he got it reduced from 6 points to 0 and no longer a misdemeanor. Glad I hired him!
