Mr. Sando was both kind and helpful while processing my case. He paid attention to every detail and my outcome was better than I could have ever thought. I would recommend him to anyone. He made a complicated process as smooth as possible and kept me informed the entire time.

Doesn't judge you before hearing the whole situation, and works you through it, and helps you make the right decision. Which is something he keys one, "it's your choice". And will support you with that choice, and stand behind you.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I needed to drop off a prepaid return, and I have very high risk family members so I wanted to leave it just inside the door as to not get too close to anyone. They would not allow that and insisted that i needed to come to the counter to leave it. They offered to step back, however, they weren't even wearing masks. Do they not understand that they'd already been spewing particles into the air? I am very disappointed, not only in the lack of customer service, but more importantly, the blatant disregard for government guidelines and public safety!

For what few things I ship, I've been using FedEx, my company's shipping courier. However it seems my wife's shoe shopping store uses UPS for its return labels. Anyway, I had two occasions to visit this store recently, a few days ago and then again just today. On both occasions, I had exceedingly unpleasant experience. On first visit, first visit ever, I need to drop off a small box to ship out. I stood there a while looking around for someone to guide me. I then saw an employee who was talking to another customer. I was rather in a hurry, so I must've looked at him to get his attention. And despite the fact he saw me and our eyes met, he kept talking to the other customer, leaving me feeling rather ignored. So I quickly asked him where I could leave the box to be shipped. He looked at me rather annoyed and dismissively said, "You can leave it there." So I did and left. I'm willing to admit that I'm partially at fault having intruded on his conversation. Today, I visited this store again. There was no one at the counter, just a couple of customers, both filling out some forms. I waited impatiently for a minute or two when I overheard a faint conversation from the backroom. So leaned over around the counter at the end where the passage to the backroom was, and asked the two employees who were hurdled around a computer where I can leave my box to be shipped. Now I had not noticed this on my first visit, but today, I saw a small sign at the counter stating that a government-issued ID will be asked for when shipping from this location. So I felt that I couldn't just leave the box as I did the first time. When one of the employees came to the counter, he was quite upset that I had crossed some unseen "employees only" line. He rudely stated that if I need something shipped that I should stand back there and wait to be helped. I stated that I had waited and pointed out the sign about the government-issued ID. He looked at the box with prepaid label, scanned it as he was saying that it's prepaid. I took that to mean that I could've just left the box there and not bothered anyone as he said nothing else. So I said thank you and left as I was again rather busy. On neither visit was I asked for an ID. On both instances, the employees I encountered was discourteous and dismissive -- especially the second time (and last). It was obvious they were both annoyed having to deal with a customer. And neither employee was interested in or cared about the safety protocol which I wanted to abide by. Obviously, I plan on sticking with FedEx. One good thing about UPS is that they have many stores. If I must, I'll be going to another store from now on. Hopefully the substandard level of customer care and safety practice is isolated to this location. --EDIT: The owner responded back to my review. Understandably he was quite upset. But he insinuates that my actions on both visits constituted cutting in ahead of other waiting customers who were being served. Upon reflection, I can see how that could have been viewed that way. A simple "I'll be there with you in a moment; I'm with another customer right now." would have avoided the unpleasant experience -- an acknowledgement that you're in the queue to be served. I think the owner will agree that no customer should be left to feel ignored. On my second visit, it's a fact that the counter was left unattended and there was no clear way to get "on the queue." I apologize for trespassing into the "employee only" area to get attention. With what transpired afterward, I standby my initial review. I can readily admit that my actions may have caused annoyance, but again the owner will agree that no customer, however annoying, should be treated with rudeness and dismissive behavior. As for the ID business, prepaid label using customer not required to be checked seems like a huge security hole that mostly nullifies the UPS safety policy... I'd also suggest a ringer on the counter or a bell on the door to alert the often busy employees.

Extremely bad service . Don't go here. The owner didn't want to do business because I brought him big return item. He said " I don't make any money from this item"...and take it back. Also said that I should not waste his scotch tape. When I asked him over phone about help with item he said he has back issues. Never ever coming back here. UPS should retrain this guy
