This office represented me in absentia. I was traveling for my residence was 6 hours away form the court house. I would have represented myself as my case was not a challenge at all. If I may say one negative form my experience is that there was a discrepancy in the retainer fee from my phone conversation with Mr. Randall to the call I received from the office. This office was expeditiously responsive via email communication.

This firm successfully had my speeding charge reduced to a non-moving violation. Good.
However, they did not inform me of the correct amount for the court fee, even after I specifically asked them to confirm it (the lawyer was incorrect about this amount, as was their traffic court paralegal who was asked separately as well.). Lastly, when I needed to pay for their services, I was told on the phone that using a credit card was my option, plus a fee, but later saw through their emails that I could have paid via bank transfer and saved the fee.

My daughter's speeding ticket was handled quickly and professionally. Case was dismissed. The office returned phone calls and emails very promptly....even after hours. We were very pleased we hired our attorney from Randall, Page nd Bruch.

Very pleased that I chose this firm. They outlined from the beginning what their goal was in representing my traffic case and delivered.
