I received a speeding ticket in the town of branchville VA. I was driving a commercial vehicle hauling a hazmat load. I called this law firm and it was taken care of. Really satisfied with the results.

I'm 59 years young and haven't had any traffic violations in 25 years. I was taveling home from Bikoxi, MS and found myself behind an 18 wheeler truck when rocks began propelling at my windshield. I panicked and floored the gas pedal to avoid a broken windshield and possibly losing control of my fairly new car. I already had to replace the windshield once and it cost me $400. The same type of incident. When I began passing the 18 wheeler I noticed two more 18 wheelers in front of the one throwing rocks. I accelerated again and when I passed the last one to get in front of it, the state trooper pulled me over. I was returning from Biloxi, MS to visit my 85 y/o Dad for Father's Day. It may have been his last. A female traveling alone is not fun when you are going that far. I called Randall Page, P.C. Attorney's at Law and explained what happened. Attorney Columbus took my call and offered to take my case. I followed up with an email statement of events. He replied advising he would represent me so I didn't have to appear. The day after my court date I received an email outlining my penalties. I am beyond thankful to them. I couldn't have done it without them. Never try to represent yourself! It could be devastating I am currently unemployed but I no longer have to worry about a speeding ticket on my dmv record. I would have destroyed my chances of working in the position I so much enjoy. It was a very seamless and quick process. I was out of state when I received my ticket. In very early 2020, I was cited for a moving violated of 79 in a 70 in VA. This could have resulted in an increase in my insurance despite an otherwise entirely clean driving record. I had Randall Page handle the ticket. They were very good to interact with, required about 15 minutes on the phone and sending them a copy of my driving record, and a very reasonable payment which was much less than the potential increased insurance to cost of the period over which it could have increased. They maintained contact throughout the process via email, while offering a phone call if desired. Once courts had reopened after closing due to COVID, the ticket was resolved as defective equipment. I was contacted and instructed that with payment of nominal court fees, the issue was resolved and I wouldn't have to think about it again. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and the service I received. I straightforward resolution to what could have not only increased my insurance but also jeopardized by ability to drive company vehicles. For anyone unfortunate enough to get complacent in VA and get caught speeding by their omnipresent state troopers (no judgement, if i was travelling that fast, they were just doing their job), I would definitely recommend Randall Page.
