I hired David as my lawyer and he did an amazing job. This was my first time getting in trouble for anything. I was wrongly accused of assault and battery on an officer and disorderly conduct. During the process I was very frustrated with any and everything that had to do with my case. Be listened to all of my many questions and concerns. David had many different offers thrown at us and helped me choose the right one to get both of my charges dismissed. I had to do a few things i did not want to do Of course to get them dismissed but it was well worth it in the end. When I saw David in Chesterfield court room for probation hearing the first time, I (and the other 20 people in court) watched him methodically lower the 3.5 year max sentence to 2 weeks! At that point I knew that if I had to go to another trial he’d be my lawyer. My contractor was expecting 6-12 months so this was a miracle. When I hired him a year later he got my case thrown out in Richmond. So far people haven’t tried again, probably because they knew David would kick it out again.
