In February of 2018 i was arrested in VA and charged with possession and distribution of a manufactured drug. This was my first offense so i thgt it would not be too much of an issue but coming from MD entering VA it was! Long story short i provided my job info , character letters and bought a ton of people to court with me (this is important). I was blessed to have one of the best judges to have and after everyone pleaded their cases for me and Mr.Lee letting them know that i do not deserve jail time on my first offense , it took a ton of convincing but the judge decided to honor mr.Lee’s request of probation. Another thing i will say is Mr.Lee is receptive of any suggestions you make.

Ben Griffiths did an excellent job for us! He went above and beyond for our family after a devastating event. As an attorney he values your thoughts and has a way of making them know in the legal system! You will be defended and treated with the utmost respect! Me Griffiths values families regardless of your socioeconomic status and was available to me and our family 24/7 he even answered phone calls during the weekend and after hours when we needed him! Ben Griffits did an amazing job! He got an extensive history of my son’s situation with his reckless driving and made us feel so comfortable on the day of court. He was able to get the sentence reduced from reckless driving to improper driving.

I cannot recommend Benjamin Griffitts enough. His friendly and calm demeanour calmed me down as soon as we met at the courthouse. He professionally reviewed my case, spoke to the officer and then to the judge and successfully got my ticket reduced. Afterwards, he stayed with me until I paid the court fees and got everything squared away. He is experienced and knows what he's doing both in and out of the courtroom.
