An incredible attorney. I was falsely charge with domestic abuse. Michael Robinson got all charges dismissed with the associated arrest records to be expunged. Had I been prosecuted, with my current security clearance, my employment would have been terminated indiscriminately.

I chose Mr Robinson to represent me after going through his reviews and I am glad I did. He is thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and capable. I wouldn’t have asked for a better lawyer, he got my case dropped. I was so relieved, I had to give him a hug with tears in my eyes and another hug. He was truly a God sent.

Got Charged with a misdemeanor Traffic offense in Stafford county, were they wont plea bargin depending on what the charge is. Well this was a huge problem for me being I have a Commercial Drivers License, and was in danger of losing it, I contacted Robinson Law. My assigned Attorney Mr. Ben Griffitts, was able to get the charge thrown out of court due to some excellent legal arguments concerning my case, when we were leaving the court room even one of the attorneys from another firm told him "Good job" .. it was truly amazing watching him defend me in court. Plan and simple you cant go wrong with this firm or Mr. Griffitts as your representing attorney.

My son recently was looking at a couple felonies, he is an honest kid and gave a full blown confession incriminating himself. We hired Mr. Robinson to hopefully get the charges reduced, we were not hopeful because of the confession but we listened to his advice, not only were they reduced but he managed to get null process! We are extremely grateful and will use him in the future if ever necessary!

I was expecting to have to pay a fine or go to traffic school after a vehicle accident on ice, but Ben made me feel comfortable about taking my case to trial and the charge was thrown out. He’s the best and will do his absolute best for you!
