I have known Raj Dua for decades, but have never required his services. When I recently received a traffic violation, while on the Dulles Toll Road in Virginia, he was the first and only lawyer I called. Raj’s has always had a diligent and dedicated approach to any endeavor he has assumed, above all, the law. His approach, knowledge, experience, attention to detail, energy, and high level of commitment make him an exceptional lawyer. What I most appreciate about Raj is his transparent approach. When he accepted my case, he took the time to walk me through the process and explain the various possible outcomes, good and bad. Fortunately, the outcome was good. I received a traffic violation in Fairfax County, VA. After thorough research on attorneys in the Fairfax area, I found Raj to be detailed and thorough with his process. Raj was able to reduce the charges of my traffic violation to minimal charges. Raj was very diligent and dedicated when working on my case. I received a reckless driving by speed violation in Manassas -- my first moving violation. I was concerned about the six-point penalty and criminal offense (Virginia doesn't mess around). Raj not only answered the questions I had about the process, but he worked with me to amass the facts about my case, and he successfully reduced my violation to a zero-point penalty, and appeared in court on my behalf. He was very courteous, prompt, and pleasant to work with. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for representation.

Raj Dua is a very efficient lawyer. I only sent me an email with regard to my ticket and he was on top of my case.With his experience and intelligence, he helped me waive driving points. My wife got pulled over for speeding in Virginia early in the morning. I received a notice from Raj and a few other attorneys. When I called Raj I got Raj, when I called other attorneys that sent notice I spoke to attorneys who were not on the notice. I could tell they were young new attorneys and I wasn't going to take any chances. Raj took the time to explain what the penalties were for reckless driving in Virginia. Luckily, he told my wife to take a drivers course and send a copy of her driving record, which was clean, to him. He went to court for my wife and as a result all she had to to was pay a fine and she received no points (reckless driving is 6 points on your license, possibility of losing your license, and worse case scenario jail time) Raj did a great job!

I contacted Raj after I received a four-point speeding violation in Fairfax City. I was concerned about maintaining my good driving record and sought Raj's representation in reducing the violation. He was successful in reducing the charge to a no-point violation which should not appear on my driving record, which is a better outcome than I had hoped. Raj is great at explaining the law to his clients and keeping them informed. He also has an excellent working relationship with the local judges and prosecutors, which makes him more effective in obtaining favorable outcomes. I would not hesitate to seek Raj's assistance on any legal matter in the future.

I received a Virginia speeding ticket earlier this year. Raj advised me to take an on-line course prior to the court date. It was a lengthy course but not difficult. The point credit allow Raj to plead my case to an equipment failure which is zero points! Really saved my driving record - Dua Law Firm services are worth every penny.
