Fairfax bankruptcy attorney Nathan Fisher helped stop my wage garnishment. I was able to schedule an appointment online and meet with Mr. Fisher the next day. He filed what they call an emergency bankruptcy petition which started what he explained to me the automatic stay so my wage garnishment stopped and I was even able to get the money they had garnished back :) . It was hard enough living on what I was bringing home much less when the garnishment started so i am so grateful for fairfax bankruptcy attorney Nathan Fisher...a true lifesaver in my book!
